Description of the population: Residents of our six partner municipalities (Mersch, Lintgen, Bissen, Helperknapp, Lorentzweiler, and Steinsel) who experience difficulties accessing decent housing due to their precarious socio-economic situation and/or rental prices that are too high in relation to their financial income.
