ALL LUXEMBOURG PROPERTY, IN ONE PLACE

YOUR HOME, YOUR PROJECT, YOUR FUTURE

The National Housing Week brings together all housing stakeholders and experts in Luxembourg. Whether you are looking to rent, buy, build, or renovate a property, over the course of 4 days you will find all the necessary information to complete your project in a single location.

Experts from institutions, public authorities, public and private developers, real estate agencies, and financial institutions will be available to inform and guide you.

This 29th edition of the National Housing Week puts young people at the heart of the event. Their realities, expectations, and vision for tomorrow's housing will be presented in an exhibition created by high school students. For children and teenagers, creative and architectural workshops will be offered during the weekend.

The layout has been reorganized to make the visit easier and tailored to specific needs and information sought. Four coherent thematic zones have been created, gathering exhibitors according to their expertise.

Housing talks
4 days of conferences dedicated to housing

This year's edition introduces the housing talks. These are 20 short, dynamic 30-minute sessions in the form of conferences or moderated panel discussions, taking place daily from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. They provide visitors with a platform for direct exchange with experts on practical, current, or innovative topics related to housing. The various sessions notably cover sustainable living and energy renovation, new housing forms and living modes, future trends and visions, affordable housing, as well as questions related to a housing project, from financing to legal rights and practical living. The full program will be published soon.
