Youth Work Synergy ASBL (YWS) is a Luxembourgish non-profit organization dedicated to youth housing and empowerment.
To tackle the housing shortage for young adults aged 18 to 34, we partner with private homeowners through Social Rental Management (GLS) in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing.
Property Owners: Rent out your home with peace of mind (guaranteed rent, full management, up to 90% tax exemption).
Young Adults: Access fully furnished, affordable rooms in shared homes, along with personalized educational coaching and project support to transition smoothly into independent living.
Together, let’s turn housing into a catalyst for positive social impact in Luxembourg!
