Since the late 1960s, the company’s main plant in Hohenstein-Oberstetten has been designing, individually customising and producing high-quality detached, semi-detached and multi-family homes using timber panel construction, as well as multi-storey residential buildings and hotels based on the so-called Schwörer hybrid construction system.
The company headquarters in Oberstetten also houses the domains SchwörerHolz, including its own sawmill and the production of high-quality processed timber products, as well as a biomass combined heat and power plant with an installed electrical capacity of 9.2 megawatts and a thermal capacity of 39.75 megawatts.
