Description
The Fonds Kirchberg is a public body established in 1961. Financially independent, it operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works. It is responsible for the urbanization and development of the Kirchberg Plateau. Initially designed to host the European institutions in Luxembourg, it continued its expansion with the development of a business district before evolving into a mixed-use urban area where housing has now become a key priority.
